The architecturally intriguing complex of Residential Park Baarova, offers a total of 139 high standard apartments in Prague 4. Comprised of two to six rooms, they have a floor area of 50 to 170 square metres. A cellar and a garage parking space are also included in the price. The construction of the project has started this July and is scheduled for completion in November 2011. There are also health facilities, a children’s playground, a kindergarten and basic school, as well as the Community Centre, which opened last year. Another great place of interest is Baar Park, available to the public since this July. This is a green haven immediately adjacent to the Residential park Baarova.
