A recent ACCA study into talent management practices across the global Finance profession confirmed that talent management is still a top priority for any organization. The acquisition and development of relevant skills is getting even more important and no-one can afford to overlook this. Another emerging issues is how to best engage with young finance talent – Generation Y. ACCA Czech Republic therefore recently organised a survey focused on motivation factors of the Generation Y. The survey was answered by 328 young finance professionals from Generation Y and 38 representatives of employers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The purpose of ACCA roundtable is to present outcomes of Generation Y survey and to provide a platform for discussion and debate on the key issues identified by the survey and to provide employer representatives an opportunity to reflect on and share their experiences and issues with peers in a confidential and secure environment.
