In today's market environment, when companies have to closely monitor costs and improve efficiency, competencies of their Managers and key employees are the key to not only obtaining competitive advantage, but to survive. Assessment and Development Centre are the most objective methods of competency analysis, allowing to pinpoint strong and weak sides of key people in the organization and plan their development to maximize their efficiency.
We are delighted to invite you for a workshop presenting practical use of the Assessment Centre. The workshop will present the method, its elements and stages, we will also invite you to participate in a real exercise to experience one of the employed tools. You will have a great opportunity to acquire new knowledge in the field of personnel management, and communicate with colleagues.

During the first part of this event, Alex Yurchenko, General Director of Hudson in CEE will present the Hudson’s assessment center methodology. Furthermore, we will give you a short assessor training and conduct real-time group discussion excise where you will act as assessor and observe the candidates. All participants of group discussion are real candidates invited by Hudson.
