Jaroslav KRAČÚN

Legal Officer, DG Internal Market & Services, European Commission

Jaroslav Kračún has been working at the Commission’s DG Internal Market and Services since 2008. He is a legal officer at the Unit for Formulation and Enforcement of Public Procurement Law responsible for Innovation Policy in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. Previously he worked at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in Prague. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the Panthéon - Sorbonne University in Paris, France and a postgraduate degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School in France.

 

Gabriela PRADA

Director of Health Innovation, The Conference Board of Canada

Gabriela is a physician with over 20 years of clinical, policy analysis, and management consulting experience in health care. Her recent work includes research and insights on strategic use of procurement processes to advance health care system performance and health outcomes for Canadians. Gabriela has successfully organized, planned, and chaired international innovation procurement roundtables in several contries including Canada, Spain and Russia that are shaping procurement practices in various countries. In addition to her passion for innovation, she has a Master in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and she is a Certified Healthcare Executive.
