Culinary experience in Bamboo restaurant

We would like to invite you to a unique gastronomic event, which will be held at the Bamboo restaurant at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Ostrava on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 19:00 pm. We will host known chefs from entire Czech Republic and they will introduce you 6 course tasting menu. Every course will be served by glass of corresponding wine and followed by comments of the chef, who created the course.

The menu:

  • Veal head with fermented garlic, raspberry and mustard
  • Ravioli with czech wet-aged oxtail and red wine reduction
  • Marinated salmon with grilled octopus, citrus and mango salsa
  • Slowly roasted deer loin with salsify, sautéed mushroom and sweet potatoes
  • Goat cheese with dark chocolate, beetroot and macadamia nuts
  • Selection of chocolate mousse, vanilla crumble with passionflower
