In this year’s edition of our traditional spring battle of top chefs, two distinguished representatives of the best cuisines in the world, French and Italian, will cross swords. But no matter who wins this duel, the real victors will be our gourmet guests, because the goal of the contest will be to delight their taste buds.
Two chefs and five courses; five plates but ten dishes. Because a signature dish–vegetable, fish and lamb–by each culinary master will be put on each plate. Bellevue guests will score the dishes each day from 13 to 19 April. The winner will be revealed at the end of the contest.
Will it be the French chef or will the artist from Venice take home the laurels?
