We would like to invite you to our business breakfast focused on increasing importance of data in tax management. As of January 2016, the Czech Republic will introduce a Local Sales and Purchase List as part of VAT compliance for each Czech VAT payer. Tax authorities have already been collecting data in respect of transactions between related entities. All these data will be used by tax authorities in conducting tax investigations and audits in the future. It is worth giving a proper thought to this changing environment now and have reported data and their correctness under full control.
During our business breakfast we would like to present to you the expected changes and their possible business consequences and to introduce some potential solutions. Moreover, we will provide you with information and tips on how to manage these challenges in terms of the new concept of a manager's liability to act with due managerial care. There will be also room for practical questions being asked and for discussion among our experts and participants.

Registration Information
Send in your binding applications by filling out the registration form after pressing Registration below, two days before the beginning of the event at the latest. Under the slot Notes to the registration form, please include your company’s ICO and DIC. Please pay the enrolment fee, right after registering.
Cancelation Conditions
Cancelation free of charge is possible as late as 10 days before the start of the event. In the event of cancelation, between nine to two days before the start of the event, the cancelation fee is 50%; any last minute cancelation after that would result in a 100% payment of the fee. If an emergency situation were to arise, Deloitte reserves the right to cancel the event.
