CFO Congress is an annual expert conference which was created upon an interest of experts from this field and in a short time it has become a sought after meeting of financial professionals. Previous years of the CFO Congress have attracted nearly 800 participants and showed what are the topics and formats of their presentation that are most interesting for participants. We have thus fully adjusted the concept of the 5th year to these requirements. The congress will try to solve the equation:
(CFO)3 = Fit For Future
The whole day program will offer many impulses and challenges the CFOs have to deal with today to be fit for tomorrow.
Apart from the prognosis of the global and domestic macro-economic condition the program will bring practical instructions how to facilitate business and manage the corporate performance better using modern technologies and planning systems, how to understand financial research data better, what to expect from digitalization and what to avoid in IT upgrade. There will also be discussion on one of the biggest challenges for the CFO today – how to keep talents, technically skilled and engaged people in times when the economic growth impacts on growing costs of gaining and retaining high quality colleagues. The core of the program will be the panel discussion of CFOs and company owners who will share their opinion on tools to use and issues to solve to prepare the financial management better for more and more turbulent future.
