We are delitghted to invite you to a workshop displaying the idea and practical use of psychometric tools. They are one of most efficient and accurate pre-selection and selection tools.
The workshop will be divided into two parts, theory - how psychometric and personality tools work and practical - how to use them. We will discuss and interpret test results in groups and describe candidate’s profiles based on test results.

- 8.30 - morning coffee and registration
- 9.00 - 10.00 - theoretical part
- 10.00 - 10.15 - coffee break
- 10.15 - 11.30 - practical part
- 11.30 - 12.00 - summary and final questions
During the first part of this event, Alex Yurchenko, General Director of Hudson in CEE will present the Hudson’s psychometric tools. Furthermore, we will show you real test results and we will demostrate their practical use.
The workshop will be conducted in ENGLISH.
