We are delighted to invite you for a workshop presenting practical use of the Assessment Centre. The workshop will present the method, its elements and stages, we will also invite you to participate in a real exercise to experience one of the employed tools. You will have a great opportunity to acquire new knowledge in the field of personnel management, and communicate with colleagues.
Hudson Lighthouse is the series of events from Hudson aimed at HR and Business professionals. The purpose of events is to share practical knowledge about best practices in managing talent. Participation is free of charge.

During the first part of this event, Darina Farkasova, Head of Recruitment and Talent Management will present the Hudson’s assessment center methodology. Furthermore, we will give you a short assessor training and conduct real-time group discussion excise where you will act as assessor and observe the candidates. All participants of group discussion are real candidates invited by Hudson.
