We are delighted to invite you for a workshop presenting practical use of the Assessment Centres in Pharmaceutical/Medical sector. Assessment and Development Centre are the most objective methods of competency analysis, allowing to pinpoint strong and weak sides of key people in the organization or newcomers and plan their development to maximize their efficiency.
During the first part of this event, Alex Yurchenko, General Director of Hudson in CEE will present the Hudson’s assessment center methodology on the sample of projects performed in Pharmaceutical/Medical sector.
Furthermore, we will perform a short assessor training for you and conduct a real-time group discussion exercise, where you will act as an assessor and observe the candidates. All participants of group discussion are real candidates invited by Hudson.
Participation is free of charge. The workshop will be conducted in English.
