Czech fashion designer Marie Zelená known for her soul inspired creations features her "Returns to values" project as well as her new collection.
Actress Michaela Dolinová and face of the brand Martina Zelená, will showcase the outfits. Among other the ceremonial dress designed for the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic.
The fashion show will be complemented by a 4 course dinner prepared from locally sourced products:
- Smoked “Kaplice” Trout Roll, Mousse of fresh Horseradish and Organic Cream, marinated Asparagus in Vegetable Jelly.
- Cream of White Foie Gras with baked Toast, White Foie Gras Cracklings
- Baked Sirloin of Veal, mini Jacket Potatoes, braised Oxtail Ravioli, seared Spinach Leaves with Wild Garlic
- Curd Cheese Dumplings filled with Nougat, Vanilla Sauce, Strawberry Sorbet with Mint
- Coffee or Tea
