GOURMET CLASS - GRILLING OF MEAT AND FISH - 24.7.2010
Join our gourmet class where we will be grilling steaks and fish. You will learn which kinds of meat and fish are suitable for grilling and how to clean, cut, confit and poach. You will also prepare various marinades, condiments and suitable salads.
- The class will take place in the Zlatá Praha Restaurant and kitchen supervised by our celebrated Chefs Miroslav Kubec and Jan Horký.
- Then you will enjoy your cooked meals complemented by wine tasting and breathtaking views of Prague.
