St. Martin’s day has a rich tradition in the Czech Republic, which is bound both to the yearly rhythm of rural and city life.
Every year, this is a time of many celebrations, feasts are held and people get together with their friends and families. Retain this wonderful custom as our predecessors did, and come enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the approaching winter at our chateau.
During this time of celebration, we will have a special St. Martin’s menu prepared for you at our Piano Nobile restaurant, which will, of course, include delicious crispy roast goose with potato pancakes, turnip cabbage, almonds and a reduction of St. Martin’s wine. The menu also includes tasting of the best St. Martin’s wines.
