Ambruz & Dark, in cooperation with PwC, continues the series of seminars focused on the management liability, among other things.
Another seminar named "Risks of overlapping functions: Up-to-date development and examples from practice" (IN CZECH) is going to take place on 11 November in the PwC Club.The seminar will highlight the risks arising from the so-called overlapping functions of a statutory body and a managerial employee.
