Atala is especially known for exploring the culinary possibilities of Brazilian ingredients. His explorations take him from classical cooking methods to current techniques that he adopted in Europe. The Czech audience has again a great opportunity to taste the Atala’s new menu.
On November 19 he will prepare together with Chef Roman Paulus and his team, a special Gala Dinner in the Crystal Ballroom of the Radisson SAS Alcron Hotel. The 7-course dinner will be accompanied by the finest Brazilian wines provided by the Cosmopolitan Brazilian Wine Company.
On November 20 he will hold a demonstration of this cuisine in the Prague’s Culinary Institute in Prague 6.
