Indonesian cuisine cooking class led by Executive Chef Ari Munandar with the assist of Sous Chef Chaiyasith Lam Srichom. Classes include welcome drink, kitchen tour, ingredients presentation, dining experience with suggested wines. Participants receive a certificate, gifts and recipes of the learned Indonesian dishes, such as Soto Ayam and Semur Daging.
