Ambruz & Dark together with PwC continues in carrying out successful seminars dealing with management’s liability. The next seminar on this theme is going to take place on 29 March in the PwC Club and is titled Corporate Governance – a waste of time or a means for effective control and limitation of management's liability? (IN CZECH) The seminar is aimed towards company management, primarily CEOs, CFOs, GMs, Economic Directors, Board Members, etc. The main speakers will be Jan Spáčil (Ambruz & Dark) and Roman Pavloušek (PwC).
