On the 16th and 17th of April, over 110 vendors will dot the Castle grounds, selling unique and interesting products that are certain to delight all visitors. Guides in period costume will give tours of the Castle’s permanent exhibition, Private Spaces: A Noble Family at Home. A traditional tea room will be located in the cellars and will add a bit of sweetness to the day.
Our younger visitors can look forward to falconry shows and historical games in the gardens, craft workshops and puppet theater in the Castle interiors, and jugglers and other amusements in the Castle courtyard.
New this year are tours of the childhood home of Antonín Dvořak, the Czech Republic’s most renown composer. The Church of St. Andrew, where Dvořak performed in the choir, will also be open.
