Goal: To present the subject of Czech Beer in a broader international context, with each seminar focussing on a different aspect, such as the importance of local ingredients, historical and regional beer styles, the latest trends, etc.
Target audience: All English-speaking fans of Czech beer interested in gaining a deeper understanding of this phenomenon.

On Thursday 13 November 2008, the wine cellar beneath Essensia restaurant will host the another seminar of our Czech Beer Academy at Mandarin Oriental, Prague.
This seminar and guided tasting (in English) will be led over again by Evan Rail, Prague-based writer specialising in beer and travel. This seminar is focusing on a theme “Raw Materials: What makes Czech beer ‘Czech’”. During the course of the evening, participants will have a chance to discuss and taste selected brews; the beer will be complemented by an array of specialties prepared by the Essensia restaurant team.
