- Amuse Bouche Grilled St. Jacques scallops with baked pumpkin, coriander, cress and lemon Mousline sauce
- Home made papardelle with forest mushrooms and herbs with fresh grated parmesan
- Christmas sorbet
- Grilled halibut with langoustine scut served with spinach-potato galette with enoki mushrooms and herb-langoustine sauce
