Dear guests, we are glad to invite You to the treasure of the old Czech cuisine - The geese of St. Martin. There is an old tradition to offer a family and guests a baked young goose on the day of St. Martin. Come and enjoy a delicious menu of our Executive chef Tomas Sysel accompanied by young Czech St. Martin wines. France has its Beaujolais Nouveau but in the Czech Republic there is the young St. Martin's wine - "Svatomartinské" This tradition welcomes the first wine of the year and the first bottle of St. Martin's wine can be open and served, as its name says, on St. Martin's day, 11th November. This wine is chosen by special committee and is marked by unique logo of St. Martin on the white horse. The best way how to taste this young wine is with the traditional St. Martin's baked duck with potato pancakes “Lokše” and sauerkraut ...and we cordially invite you for all of these goddesses
