St. Nicholas Brunch

4th December, 12 noon – 4 pm
Hilton Prague in cooperation with the Diamond Club arranged a charitable St. Nicholas Brunch. The buffet features homemade duck terrine, poached prawns, and a wide selection of award-winning desserts. St. Nicholas, children competitions, live music, raffle, presents, fireworks and much more.

Christmas Dinners

24th, 25th and 26th December, from 6 pm
Guests are invited to relax over and exquisite 4-course menu, featuring such treats as oysters au gratin with champagne sabayon, sweet pumpkin cappuccino, roast turkey breast with forest honey and thyme, jivara crème brûlée and much more. On Christmas Eve our delicious cuisine is also accompanied by a live performance of seasonal harp music.

Christmas Brunch

25th December, 11 am – 3 pm
Lavish all-you-can-eat buffet includes an enticing range of thoughtfully prepared salads and appetizers, including octopus salad, oysters, salmon tartare, carvery stuffed turkey, an extensive selection of desserts and plenty more besides. Live music and special kids’ playground.

4th December, 12.30 pm – 3 pm
Traditional St. Nicholas Brunch features fresh oysters and lobsters, sushi, roast beef, Czech corner, an award-winning selection of desserts and a special kids’ buffet. Guests can listen to live jazz and leave their children in our supervised kids’ corner with a surprise gift for them.

Advent Brunch

11th & 18th December, 12.30 pm – 3 pm

Old Town Festive menu

12th - 26th December, available for lunch and dinner
The elegant surroundings of the Zinc Restaurant is a perfect setting for stylish lunch or dinner during the festive season. A la carte menu features traditional culinary delights as slow roasted baby pork cutlet or turkey roll braised in Marsala wine. All courses are accompanied with  wine pairing. Price as per menu.

Christmas Day Brunch

25th December, 12.30 pm – 3 pm
Our buffet offers a number of seafood delicacies,  roast meat and a wide range of traditional Christmas desserts. Live music and a special kids’ corner with Santa Claus will ensure guests can savour a real festive atmosphere.
