LABOUR LAW IN 2012 Legal and tax aspects of the Labour Code and related legislation

2011-12-13 00:00:00
There are going to be big changes in labour relations as of January 2012. Not be only the Labour Code but also Employment Law and related tax regulations will be amended. Labour relations regarding top managers affects the Commercial Code, which for the first time allows for concurrent functions. Will these changes bring the promised flexibility to labour relations or will they cause even more burdensome rules and prohibitions?

During the conference you will learn about key changes to legislation governing relations between employers and employees and the related financial impact.

In the interactive part of the conference you will have the opportunity to discuss with experts selected practical examples focusing not only on the current changes.

The conference will be held in Czech language.

Mgr. Marie Janšová, Mgr. Ing. Tomáš Jelínek, Mgr. Jana Šetřilová, Glatzová & Co.

Ing. Pavlína Maierová, LL.M., Mgr. Jan Grunert, MBA, Mgr. Kateřina Hycnarová, LL.M.,

Main topics of the conference:

  • What changes will the amendment to the Labour Code and other laws bring? Will they represent a financial benefit or burden to participants in work relationships?

  • Transmission of employees - an overview of legal and tax aspects, (not only) international hiring of the workforce.
