Current developments in transfer pricing and experience from tax inspections

2012-04-25 00:00:00
Company: KPMG Česká republika, s.r.o.
Address:
Workshop organised by KPMG Czech Republic together with the EURO weekly is intended for statutory representatives of limited liability companies, board members, CFOs, heads of tax departments and others with an interest in current transfer pricing practices.

Radim Bláha, Director of the Direct Taxes Section of the General Financial Directorate will present, among other topics, the tax administrator’s approach to this issue, including the operation of the “Super Tax Authority” (superúřad) for entities with an annual turnover exceeding CZK 2 billion. Professionals from KPMG Czech Republic’s Tax department will discuss intra-group services and their experience from tax inspections, which are ever more challenging, in particular as regards supporting and documenting transactions and making year-end adjustments, which are often subject to a review in practice. Finally, a case study on the preparation of documentation will be presented. You will also have an opportunity to discuss the topics that are a priority for your company on an individual basis.

Programme:

  • Transfer prices from the tax administrator’s perspective
  • New approaches to low value-added services
  • Practical experience and lessons learned from tax inspections
  • Year-end adjustments
  • Transfer pricing documentation – case study
