Please join us for a seminar on how U.S. sanctions and trade laws may apply to and affect your business. The U.S. Government has both increased penalties for non-compliance with these laws and expanded its enforcement. This seminar will provide the nuts and bolts of U.S. sanctions and trade laws, including the rules administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Controls (“OFAC”), the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). It will discuss when Czech businesses must abide by these provisions and provide practical tips on implementing compliance mechanisms.
