The first part of the seminar is lectured by Mr. Václav Novotný, CEO at Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o.
Participants get acquainted with the basic rules and procedures of controlling. The essential duties of a controller and the fundamental rules of controlling reporting are explained on practical examples.
Participants will learn how to measure retroactively the performance of an institution, the basic rules of cost calculations and controlling projects. The seminar was designed for employees of controlling departments and specialists from financial departments of financial institutions.
The second part is lectured by Mr. Roman Lux, a Team Head of pricing and financial analysis at Česká spořitelna, a.s.
The second part covers methodology and key factors of successful controlling, fund transfer pricing in banking sector and demonstration of controlling with practical examples.
