OUTPLACEMENT IN PRACTICE – experience based on one of the most important projects in the Czech and Slovak Republics

HR advisory Teamconsult CR s.r.o. offers an opportunity especially for HR managers and also for other members of the management team to learn about individual and group outplacement, based on a concrete example from practice.
Participants of this specialized seminar will gain an insight into this area from both sides - the provider Teamconsult and the customer Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. Apart from the Partners of Teamconsult the former Head of HR at Crédit Agricole (holding this position until March 2013) will attend the seminar as one of the lectors.
The seminar will be held on 6th June 2013 in Prague and on 15th May 2013 in Bratislava and is free of charge.
HR advisory Teamconsult CR s.r.o. has considerable experience in outplacement through cooperation with leading German provider of outplacement company von Rundstedt and also on account of the most significant outplacement project in the CR and SR held by Teamconsult itself.
Individual outplacement is usually offered to managers, who have to leave because of staff reduction. Group outplacement is implemented in case of extensive personnel changes, e.g. as a consequence of a company merger or termination of all commercial activities.
Even though outplacement is not so common in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia as in e.g. Western Europe or in the USA increasing demand for this service on the local market is noticeable.
