The seminar is organised under the auspices of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Warsaw and the Representation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Czech Republic / CzechTrade.

The seminar is intended mainly for Czech construction companies who solicit orders in Poland.
Agenda: Award procedures and the related most frequent problems, types of construction contracts, their essential elements, investors’ consent and the joint and several liability of investors and general contractors, security for the performance of contracts, withdrawal from contracts and financial settlement.
