Advanced Risk Managemet, s.r.o. organizes a on-line seminar entitled "Controlling in Practice".
Objectives of the seminar
The seminar acquaints participants with the basic rules and procedures of controlling. Using practical examples, it explains the essence of controllor's activities and the key rules of controlling and reporting. Participants will learn how to retrospectively evaluate the performance of the institution, the basic rules of cost calculations and project controlling.
For whom it is intended
The seminar is intended for controlling specialists and other specialists from financial departments.

Josef Langmayer MSc., MBA, managing director, Raiffeisen – Leasing, s. r. o.
Josef Langmayer is responsible for the Back Office (Finance, Risk, Operations and IT). He has been working for the Raiffeisen Group in the Czech Republic for 13 years, in the past, for example, as Head of Controlling & Cost Management at Raiffeisenbank, a. s., or as a CFO at Raiffeisen investiční společnost, a. s.
Josef Langmayer is a graduate of economics and management master's programs at the University of Technology in Brno, Nottingham Trent University, Brno International Business School, etc.
