We are excited to invite you to a next Strategic HR event, focused on Empowered Employment.
We will expore the Employee's as well as Employer's perspective, commented by inspiring speakers with various background. You will be welcome to share your view during a panel discussion, facilitated by the Head of Strategy and Research of Deloitte's Center for the Edge.
As an individual, what skills and practices would be most useful in the future? And how would you start developing those practices? What sort of employer would you want to work with or for?
As an employer, how do you win the 'war on talent'? How do you attract the best employees to work with or for you? And how do you keep them engaged and passionate? What physical and virtual environments, and management principles will empower your employees?
We will have a short presentation on the topics above followed by a panel discussion. The session will be led Duleesha Kulasooriya, the Head of Strategy and Research for Deloitte's Center for the Edge.
The event is focused on your active participation. The presentations and panel discussion will be kept short and we would expect and encourage your participation in the group discussion.
