The conference will present the effects that the GDPR will have on HR practices and the main changes and impacts of the new regulation. In their contributions and panel discussions, the speakers will focus on their practical experiences with the ongoing implementation of the GDPR not only as consultants but also from the point of view of their own businesses. We will use practical examples to demonstrate best practices and what documents need to be prepared or amended. Particular attention will be paid to employee monitoring, in particular to camera systems in the workplace and attendance systems. There will also be time for your questions. The effectiveness of the GDPR is just around the corner, so don't put off learning about it any longer!
