Tips on efficient arbitration for young practitioners
In the first panel, young practitioners with diverse backgrounds including in-house counsels will discuss and debate the question of how to ensure smooth cooperation between in-house counsel and external lawyers. They will share their tips and tricks and offer advice to other young practitioners.
The second panel will address the issue of preliminary and interim measures in international arbitration. It will, amongst others, address how to obtain enforceable preliminary or interim measure, how to determine the relevant authority and also how to avoid any hitches.
