What is Systemic Business Team Coaching?
Systemic leadership team coaching is a key element in organizational development and transformation. Case studies have proven teams being led by a systemic team coaching approach have improved customer satisfaction levels up to 82%, improved productivity up to 28%, consumer engagement scores up to 50% and financial results up to 40%. Systemic leadership team coaching is a new discipline within itself. Our certification program is based on AOEC partner Peter Hawkins’s (Leadership Team Coaching, 2011, Kogan Page) team coaching theory.

As Founder and CEO, the AoEC is the culmination of his 30 years in the field of training and people development in teams and groups. The AoEC model and structure draws on his academic research and wide experience of Business Leadership, Executive Coaching and Psychotherapy.
Kimberli J Lewis, CEO & Founder of Global Business Therapy
Kimberli J. Lewis has over 20 years' C level management experience across multiple industries. She is a certified executive coach and systematic team coach. She also brings with her 20 years of international management experience working and/or living in over 18 countries. She has degrees from Webster University, George Washington University, Harvard University and studied executive coaching at Henley Business School in London and has completed the Masters program in Systemic Team Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching. Kimberli has been active in AoEC programs since 2012 and joined as a partner in 2014 with the goal of delivering quality certification programs in the United States.
Kimberli is an American national. Kimberli is also the owner of Global Business Therapy s.r.o and Ponytale Talk, which specializes in executive coaching and leadership programs for women. Kimberli serves in active positions on several European Boards.
Ágnes Jagicza, CEO & Founder of Jagall and Partners
Ágnes is the CEO and a founder of Jagall and Partners (2010) focusing mainly on OD, leadership consulting, systemic team coaching and individual coaching. She is primarily a professional development partner with 17 years’ senior executive experience managing business strategy developments, change programs, acquisitions, post-merger integrations and process re-engineering activities in multinational companies with up to 3000 employees.
Her first two master’s degrees were from economics and law, she is MsC qualified in coaching and organizational development as well as certified practitioner in NLP, transactional analysis, MBTI, Belbin and embodied leadership approach.
