What is Systemic Business Team Coaching?

Systemic leadership team coaching is a key element in organizational development and transformation. Case studies have proven teams being led by a systemic team coaching approach have improved customer satisfaction levels up to 82%, improved productivity up to 28%, consumer engagement scores up to 50% and financial results up to 40%. Systemic leadership team coaching is a new discipline within itself. Our certification program is based on AOEC partner Peter Hawkins’s (Leadership Team Coaching, 2011, Kogan Page) team coaching theory.

The program is developed by AoEC owner John-Leary Joyce (Fertile Void, 2015, AoEC press) in cooperation with Hawkins and adds a new dimension to both coaching and management. The program is designed for leaders, managers and human resource professionals.

Systemic Team Coaching differs from coaching individual team members, team facilitation, team building, team development or action learning sets because:

Systemic Team Coaching is a process of working with the whole team, together and apart, to:

Our AoEC Systemic Team Coaching 3-day Certificate program will enable you to gain these skills and effectively use them as a coaching intervention. During the course, we will outline the complex, systemic approach that demands a much wider range of competencies than individual coaching. The Systemic Team Coaching Certificate program will allow you to:

• Gain an understanding of the AoEC theory and practice of Systemic Team Coaching
• Learn about the inherently complex nature of Team Coaching in a Systemic Context
• Adopt a working definition of Teams and Team Coaching that you can test and utilize
• Review groups Vs teams distinctions and about how team coaching differs from other forms of team work
• Learn the Hawkins 5 Disciplines Model of team coaching
• Identify specific competencies to practice as a competent Team Coach and relate it to your management or coaching experience
• Gain exposure to psychological lens’s or models to look at group functioning – Gestalt, Psychodynamics, TA, CBC
• Focus on Self as Instrument – utilizing physical senses, rational, intuition and body-sense as the ‘data collector’ and sense maker

The program will give you the opportunity to learn through business role-plays and simulations, debate and peer supervision groups.

As Founder and CEO, the AoEC is the culmination of his 30 years in the field of training and people development in teams and groups. The AoEC model and structure draws on his academic research and wide experience of Business Leadership, Executive Coaching and Psychotherapy.

Kimberli J Lewis, CEO & Founder of Global Business Therapy

Kimberli J. Lewis has over 20 years' C level management experience across multiple industries. She is a certified executive coach and systematic team coach. She also brings with her 20 years of international management experience working and/or living in over 18 countries. She has degrees from Webster University, George Washington University, Harvard University and studied executive coaching at Henley Business School in London and has completed the Masters program in Systemic Team Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching. Kimberli has been active in AoEC programs since 2012 and joined as a partner in 2014 with the goal of delivering quality certification programs in the United States.

Kimberli is an American national. Kimberli is also the owner of Global Business Therapy s.r.o and Ponytale Talk, which specializes in executive coaching and leadership programs for women. Kimberli serves in active positions on several European Boards.

Ágnes Jagicza, CEO & Founder of Jagall and Partners

Ágnes is the CEO and a founder of Jagall and Partners (2010) focusing mainly on OD, leadership consulting, systemic team coaching and individual coaching. She is primarily a professional development partner with 17 years’ senior executive experience managing business strategy developments, change programs, acquisitions, post-merger integrations and process re-engineering activities in multinational companies with up to 3000 employees.

Her first two master’s degrees were from economics and law, she is MsC qualified in coaching and organizational development as well as certified practitioner in NLP, transactional analysis, MBTI, Belbin and embodied leadership approach.
