Pride Business Forum is an annual summit, which aims to provide a space for discussion, exchange of good ideas and practices among businesses in the area of LGBT diversity in the workspace. Initiated by IBM, Hilton Hotel, and Prague Pride, the Pride Business Forum is the only platform in the Czech Republic dedicated to workplace LGBT diversity. The previous forum included 250 participants.
In 2017 Pride Business Forum is joining forces with Out & Equal, the premier US-based nonprofit dedicated to achieving workplace equality, to organize the Central Eastern Europe Forum. This year's Forum will focus on the business impact of diversity, and on LGBT workplace equality in Eastern Europe.
