Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o. organizes a seminar entitled "Operational Risk in Practice".
Objectives of the seminar
The first part of the seminar covers the overall framework of operational risk - its identification, measurement and management. In the second part, we cover the practical implementation of operational risk management, in particular setting risk appetite, risk governance and training, RCSA and risk mitigation. We will discuss sources of risk as well as examples of risk management tools - key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk scenarios. The seminar will conclude with related topics of third party risk, risk transfer and reputational risk.
For whom it is intended
The seminar is intended primarily for risk managers and specialists responsible for operational risk, internal auditors and compliance officers.

Ing. Petr Bartel, Head of Operational Risk Department, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a. s.
Petr Bartel is Head of Operational Risk at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia. a.s. In this department, he is responsible for operational risk as well as reputational risk and risk integration (ICAAP). During his career he has held a number of positions in risk management, finance and treasury. He has also led several projects in IT and mergers. He was also Chairman of the Accounting Committee of the Czech Banking Association.
Petr Bartel graduated from the University of Economics, majoring in mathematical methods in economics.
