We cordially invite AmCham members to discuss sustainability and technology.
Regarding the program, we will look at SUSTAINABILITY AND TECHNOLOGY from several perspectives:
- Michal Broža from the United Nations Office in the Czech Republic will embed technologies into SDGs.
- Karel Fronk from Skanska will take us from the macro view to the concrete use of green technologies.
- Not only companies, institutions, or non-profit institutions: What if the latest technologies of Internet of things will be misused by hackers in the Ostrava region? Explains Lada Suk of the Vodafone Foundation.
- And are the "smart" solutions really so smart and gentle? From the point of view of recycling, David Vandrovec from REMA Group will be questioning this matter.
- Vojtěch Kotecký of Glopolis will then look at clean technologies in the light of wider current technological trends.
The workshop will be closed by an open panel discussion.
