Working hours
We will lead you through the particular ways of scheduling working hours for people working under employment agreements, agreements for performance of work (DPP) and agreements for performance of working activity (DPČ). By means of examples we will explain the opportunities and difficulties of scheduling working hours, as well as how to safely navigate through these difficulties, including our recent experiences of labour inspections. We will also discuss less common ways of scheduling working hours. Depending on the circumstances, we will also take into account the amendment to the Labour Code. We will examine the income tax, social security and health insurance implications with respect to how working hours are scheduled.
Traditionally, we will add a short section with curiosities from our professional experience that we continuously gather for you. As always, you will have the opportunity to meet with leading experts and other HR specialists in a pleasant environment.
