ASB Group advised BHS Private Equity Fund on its acquisition of Boco Pardubice Machines

ASB Group has successfully advised BHS Private Equity Fund in the expansion of its portfolio by engineering company Boco Pardubice Machines. The advisory services provided by ASB Group included tax advisory under the leadership of Jana Pytelková Svobodová.
BHS Private Equity Fund, investing mainly as growth capital in Czech and Slovak companies, has purchased a majority share in the engineering company Boco Pardubice Machines and will now participate in the further development of the company.
Boco Pardubice Machines is an engineering company which specialises in technology for the processing and moulding of rubber and plastics, in which it is one of the world´s leading companies. The company has more than 25 years of experience and know-how combining the fields of engineering, physics and chemistry.
