Clifford Chance facilitates another transaction for Finep in Harfa project expansion

The Prague office of Clifford Chance has provided legal advisory to Finep, a prominent Czech developer, in the sale of the Harfa project's expansion comprising 220 new residential units to Dostupné bydlení České spořitelny. This strategic move aims to strengthen affordable rental housing for professionals in critical sectors such as healthcare, education, social services, as well as security and emergency services. This transaction further reinforces the long-standing cooperation between Finep and Clifford Chance.
Finep, the developer overseeing the Harfa project, is dedicated to creating a sustainable and energy-efficient living space. With over 600 units already in progress, the Harfa project is poised to alleviate the challenges posed by the current housing shortage. The Harfa project predominantly features 1KK and 2KK apartment categories, constituting 90% of the development.
Finep, a leading real estate developer, boasts a 23-year history as a market influencer on the Czech real estate market. Over the years, the firm has delivered over 15,000 residential units and 200 houses. Finep remains committed to diverse housing options, including personal ownership, cooperative ownership, and rental solutions, emphasizing affordability.
