Dvořák Hager & Partners represented Raiffeisen realitní fond in its acquisition of Retail Park Písek, s.r.o. from an investor and developer specialising in retail, office and industrial real estate projects. Retail Park Písek, s.r.o. is the owner and operator of the Galerie Písek shopping mall, which opened in May 2017.
Our legal services included comprehensive due diligence, preparation of transaction documentation and support in negotiations.
