JŠK advised CVI on further private debt investment

CVI is an independent asset manager that focuses on investments in small and medium enterprises as well as real estate projects in Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its inception in 2012, CVI has played a major role in developing the private debt market in the CEE region.

In 2022, CVI made two significant investments in the Czech Republic with the assistance of JŠK's legal advice and has now added another bond financing of the parent company of the Algotech Group, which intends to use the funds for its further investments primarily in innovative technologies.

Algotech has specialised in corporate data security for more than 25 years, offering solutions for corporate communications, call centres, CRM and ERP systems, cybersecurity, cloud services and GDPR. It also develops customised applications and offers ServiceDesk.

The JŠK team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil and the executive role was once again played by senior associate Daniel Pospíšil, supported by associate Jan Koprnický and junior lawyer Vojtěch Pospíšil.
