JŠK assisted in another major IT acquisition

Originally a purely project and engineering group, SUDOP has strengthened its already stable and leading position in the Czech IT market by acquiring its eleventh IT company. The acquisition supports its plan to build one of the largest IT groups in the Czech Republic and significantly contributes to the consolidation of the Czech and Central European IT markets.

"The volume of data that companies across sizes and sectors can collect today is skyrocketing," says Jiří Živnůstka, Chairman of the Board of SUDOP CIT. "Naturally, the demand for technology services to help sort and make sense of this data is growing. Partnership with BizzTreat, an expert in data analytics, was a logical step for us in the expansion of SUDOP CIT."

The acquired company is tech firm BizzTreat s.r.o., which builds on a combination of know-how in data, business and technology, a personal approach and understanding of clients' needs, and a search for deeper meaning behind every analysis. In the seven years since entering the market in 2015, it has transformed from the original two-person founding team into a well-functioning company with more than 40 data detectives – as BizzTreat analysts call themselves – and will reach turnover of over CZK 50 million in 2022.  Thanks to their know-how and proprietary BI tools, they have earned the trust of Czech companies such as Dodo, Dáme jídlo, MND, Rouvy, TV Nova, Twisto and others, as well as foreign technology companies such as GoodData.

The JŠK transaction team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil on the buy side in cooperation with senior associate Jana Pospíšilová. "We really enjoy working with SUDOP CIT," Doležil said. "The transactions are agile, straightforward, and have a clear objective. This was also the case with the acquisition of BizzTreat."
