JŠK successfully represented Abris Capital Partners and its portfolio business Alsendo on its acquisition of Zaslat.cz

Zaslat handles approximately 50,000 parcels per month with a primary focus on individual and small business customers. Additionally, it successfully launched software offering aimed at large ecommerce clients.

The transaction team was led on the buy side by JŠK partner Tomáš Doležil in cooperation with JŠK senior lawyers Helena Hailichová, Klára Šmídová and Hana Císlerová, as well as junior lawyers Jan Koprnický and Marek Pume. The sellers were represented by SAMAK.
