New Managing Director at Hays Czech Republic

Hays Czech Republic has announced the appointment of Agnieszka Pietrasik as its new Managing Director, effective from December 2023.

With 19 years of experience in the qualified recruitment business, Agnieszka has spent the last eight years in management positions at Hays Poland in Warsaw. In 2019, she was promoted to Executive Director for the Warsaw Permanent Recruitment business and joined the Senior Leadership Team to oversee the growth and development of the Polish business across all sectors and specialisations.

Speaking about her new role, Agnieszka said, “Hays in the Czech Republic has a longstanding reputation and I look forward to working not only with the new team but also with our local partners. The Czech and Polish labour markets have nuanced differences but face similar challenges overall. I am very pleased to have opportunity to enhance our offices in Prague and Brno, expanding our individual recruitment specialisms and continuing to develop services that address the unique challenges of our customers.”

Agnieszka Pietrasik graduated from University of Warsaw, is a mother of two, and in her personal time enjoys an active lifestyle that keeps her energised and motivated.
