Retail team strengthen by Milan Mašša and Tomáš Míček

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate, strengthen its retail sector again. Milan Mašša, who worked for HB Reavis and IKEA Centres before, will be the new Head of Advisory & Transaction Services – Retail. Tomáš Míček, who led CBRE’s shopping centre teams and who successfully opened the new outlet centre Outlet Arena Moravia in Ostrava last year, is moving to the Head of Property Management Retail position.

“I’m happy to have the chance to lead the Retail Agency department at CBRE which is in my eyes a very strong player on the Czech market. Our department provides leasing services of shopping centres, retail parks and outlets, and is also very successful at arranging leases of spaces on high streets in Prague and Brno. We also help a number of important tenants with their expansion and relocation strategies. I’d like to make good use of my previous experience and to help with further development of retail services that CBRE offers,” says Milan Mašša, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services – Retail at CBRE.

Milan Mašša is coming from IKEA Centres, having over twelve years of experience with the retail markets in Czechia and Slovakia, where he took part at defining and implementing conceptual strategies of shopping centres and designed lease strategies. He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and speaks English.

Tomáš Míček came to CBRE last May also from IKEA Centres, where he’d worked for nine years at a number of positions. He successfully managed Ostrava’s Avion, serving the same position later in Bratislava’s shopping centre of the same name. He made his first career steps as Tesco’s department manager and area trade manager. He studied economics and management at the Technical University of Ostrava and speaks English and Polish.
