Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o. organizes a seminar entitled "Enterprise Risk Management".
Objectives of the seminar
The aim of the seminar is to introduce the topic of setting up individual processes in the risk management system. Within the seminar, several key topics will be discussed, especially possible approaches to risk identification, risk measurement, design of risk catalogue and its practical application. Moreover, it will be discussed how to use the risk catalogue in the ongoing management of the company and how to set up internal reporting.
For whom it is intended
The seminar is intended primarily for employees of industrial and service companies and both state and local government.
