Successful deal transactions

We present an overview of the successful transactions of our colleagues.
1)
The Eversheds Sutherland transactional team of Petra Kratochvílová and Jakub Verlík advised Travelcircus GmbH on the acquisition of 100% of TPF group s.r.o., which operates the travel website Travelking. The legal services included drafting and negotiating the acquisition contract documentation.
2)
PJ Expedis, a forwarding logistics and warehousing company, has successfully completed a merger with their strategic partner RSBC Logistics from the Czech investment group RSBC Group. RSBC Logistics acquired a majority stake in PJ Expedis. Our co-managing partner Bořivoj Líbal and associate Marek Poloni advised PJ Expedis on this successful transaction. RSBC was represented by Forlex, specifically Pavel Říha.

Eversheds Sutherland represented Conseq in the expansion of the Conseq Real Estate Fund portfolio
Eversheds Sutherland Real Estate team advised Conseq Funds on acquisition of a real estate company that owns production and storage hall in Breclav industrial zone. The transaction also included setting up cooperation with the owners of neighbouring properties in connection with the planned development. Eversheds Sutherland team for this transaction consisted of partner Dominika Veselá and associate Rudolf Kristian.
