The amendment to the Labor Code brings fundamental changes to labor relations

On 17 June 2020, the President signed an amendment to the Labor Code, thus confirming the changes proposed by Parliament. Labor relations await relatively fundamental changes or innovations responding to the needs of practice, which affect many areas from the allocation of leave, delivery of documents, transfer of employees to the creation of a so-called shared job.
