The law firm Eversheds Sutherland provided comprehensive legal advice to the owners of the software company KS – program, spol. s r.o. during its sale to the Brno-based group Seyfor, one of the largest European suppliers of ICT solutions.
The company will continue to be managed by the original management team, and thanks to this merger, one in every four payrolls in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will be processed through Seyfor. The advisors for this transaction were Michal Hrabovský and Petr Kučera.
